Sketchy boyz watch club

I found Sketchy Boyz Watch Club originally from their Facebook group. Scrolling along in another group I was in for E.D.C. someone brought them up, a place where Military, Veteran, Private Security Contractors, L.E.O. First Responders, and like minded go and talk about watches and just overall a community for like minded individuals to hang out. The group is open to anyone who may be a part of the above mentioned career fields past or present as well as those who are not but have a like minded mindset. The IG page is awesome where content is shared be it from the community or the founders life, my favorites being the small photo series that discusses things in the community and can really get you thinking about certain aspects of the hobby in a different light. S.B.W.C. also does some amazing products including some of the watch straps featured in our Products We Like page. It is a no fluff and no bullshit product that is meant for people to use not just take fancy pretty pictures for the internet. A guy from the MidWest who was able to to get his dream watch and shares his adventures with the beautiful Submariner from the North Star State and beyond. Ever wanted to find a page that really feels like it represents you in the hobby being a blue collar worker? Someone who works with their hands daily and doesn’t just sit at a desk the entire day typing away at a keyboard? Derek at SixtyClickSavant has you covered. I met Derek when I purchased a Smiths Commander PRS-60 from him. From the minute I started my dealings with him I could tell he was a straight up dude who was one of the good ones in the hobby. An Offshore Marine Engineer, U.S. Navy Vet, watch guy and what he calls an amateur photographer and reviewer this dude has and still does wear a lot of hats. I found Russ by a random suggested post on Instagram. Checking out his content my favorite part has been that he includes real world pictures of his watches in his natural habitat. As someone who works and fixes machinery for a living I enjoy seeing these types of photos. Add in that he is offshore and he can get some damn interesting shots as well. After talking with him to discuss adding him to this page he also seems like a genuine dude who is down to earth. The quality of the content is something that blows anything I make away.
